Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to all EU countries and the United Kingdom.

How long will my order take to arrive?

You will receive your order on the next working day after dispatch if you are shipping to Ireland. EU & UK shipping takes 3-7 days.

Please allow 1-2 days for order processing.

I have not received my order, what should i do?

Please check the following before contacting our customer service team:

  • Check you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.
  • 
Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.
  • 
Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of our couriers, it may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.
  • 
Check nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf

Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with a neighbour its always worth checking with your neighbour just in case.

Can i change/cancel my order?

Once your order is processed you are unable to change or cancel the order. However, you may return any Item up to 30 days after your purchase date.

How do i return an order & how long will it take?

Do you cover duties/tax for international orders?

No, we do not cover any duties or taxes put in place by your country.

When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, a charge called Customs Duty must apply. This is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.

If Customs Duty is payable to your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities. PALINOIA is not liable for Customs Duty fees. Whether Customs Duty is payable and by how much depends on a variety of factors. For example, many countries have a 'low-value threshold' below which they do not charge any Customs Duty.

If you do have to pay Customs Duty, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported.

Refunds when using discount codes

Items purchased using discount codes can only be refunded via store credit.
